    本发明提供基于新材料应用的工程机械驱动桥托架及其操作方法,涉及工程机械技术领域,解决了现有装置不能够通过结构上的改进实现托架与驱动桥的辅助固定,且该辅助结构不能够实现其他固定结构的辅限位的问题。基于新材料应用的工程机械驱动桥托架及其操作方法,包括托架;所述托架为凹形座状结构。因四个锁紧螺母B分别螺纹连接在四个辅助杆A上,并且锁紧螺母B和辅助杆A共同组成了固定板以及驱动桥的辅助固定结构,从而当锁紧螺母B拧紧后辅助座与固定板呈夹紧状态,进而实现了固定板的辅助固定;因辅助杆A由杆体和螺柱焊接组成,且杆体为矩形杆状结构,并且杆体与锁紧螺母A接触,从而通过杆体可实现锁紧螺母A的防松动。
