The invention discloses a hydrofoil device adaptive to a light amphibious vehicle. The hydrofoil device comprises a hydrofoil assembly, a hinge assembly, a hydrofoil base, a connecting seat, a knuckle bearing, a pin shaft, a first hydraulic cylinder, a rotating shaft, a rotating shaft seat and a second hydraulic cylinder. The hydrofoil device is compact in structure, reliable in performance, convenient to assemble and disassemble and remarkable in effect, and has the three effects and functions of greatly shortening the water surface sliding time of the amphibious vehicle, continuously generating water lifting power, reducing water resistance and remarkably improving the comfort performance of the amphibious vehicle when the amphibious vehicle runs in stormy waves. The device can be folded on the two sides of the rear portion of the vehicle body by turning upwards by 90 DEG; the angle of attack of the hydrofoil can be adjusted timely and flexibly; and the device can be conveniently assembled with various models of light amphibious vehicles. Therefore, the urgent requirement of 'resistance reduction and speed increase' of the amphibious vehicle can be better met.
