The invention relates to a supercavitation amphibious hydrofoil cross-medium ground effect vehicle. The supercavitation amphibious hydrofoil cross-medium ground effect vehicle comprises an aircraft body, a hydrofoil and an underwater pushing device, wherein the aircraft body comprises a shell, a buoyancy adjusting mechanism arranged on the shell and a flight power mechanism arranged on the shell;one end of the hydrofoil is rotationally connected with the shell; and the underwater pushing device comprises an underwater propulsion mechanism connected with the other end of the hydrofoil and a cavitator connected with the underwater propulsion mechanism, and the cavitator is used for forming supercavitation bubbles on the outer surface of the underwater pushing device. The supercavitation amphibious hydrofoil cross-medium ground effect vehicle has the functions of underwater operation and high-speed navigation close to the water surface at the same time.
