The invention relates to the field of tires, in particular to a light truck tire capable of improving durability of a tire bead part. A tire body cord fabric layer comprises a first cord thread and a second cord thread, the second cord thread is located on the outer side of the first cord thread, and the turn-up height of the first cord thread is larger than that of the second cord thread; an upper apex and a lower apex are arranged in a turn-up structure; reinforcing rubber is arranged between tire bead rubber and the upper apex, and the 100% modulus of the tire bead rubber, the 100% modulus of the reinforcing rubber and the 100% modulus of the upper apex are gradually reduced in sequence from the outer side to the inner side of the tire; the upper end point of the reinforcing rubber is lower than the upper end point of the upper apex, and the distance is at least 5mm; the lower end point of the reinforcing rubber is higher than that of a bead core, and the distance is at least 5mm; and the upper end point of the reinforcing rubber is higher than the upper end point of the second cord thread, the lower end point of the reinforcing rubber is lower than the upper end point of the second cord thread, and the distances between the upper and lower end points of the reinforcing rubber and the upper end point of the second cord thread is larger than 8 mm. The invention weakens stress concentration condition of end points of parts, and improves the durability of the tire bead of the tire.

    本发明涉及轮胎领域,尤其是一种能够改善胎圈部位耐久性的轻型载重轮胎,胎体帘布层包括第一帘线和第二帘线,第二帘线位于第一帘线的外侧,且第一帘线的反包高度高于第二帘线的反包高度;所述反包结构内设置上三角胶和下三角胶;胎圈胶与上三角胶之间设置有增强胶,由轮胎外侧至内侧,胎圈胶、增强胶与上三角胶的100%模量依次逐步减小;增强胶上端点的高度低于上三角胶上端点高度,且间距至少为5mm;增强胶下端点高度高于胎圈芯,且间距至少为5mm;增强胶上端点高度高于第二帘线上端点高度,下端点高度低于第二帘线上端点高度,且增强胶上端点和下端点与第二帘线上端点的间距大于8mm。本专利削弱部件端点的应力集中情况,提高轮胎的胎圈耐久性能。
