The invention relates to a novel inertia locking mechanism which comprises a locking piece fixed to a fixing support, an inertia hammer and a locking spring, the upper end and the lower end of the locking spring are hung on a C-shaped clamping groove in the locking piece and a clamping groove of the fixing support respectively, the inertia hammer is fixed to the fixing support through an inertia hammer rotating shaft, and the novel inertia locking mechanism further comprises a table plate connecting rod. The rotating shaft on the table board can sequentially penetrate through the holes in the upper ends of the table board connecting rods and the connecting holes of the fixing supports, the table board connecting rods can rotate around the rotating shaft, and the holes in the lower ends of the table board connecting rods are used for being matched with four connecting rods of the table board. The locking piece and the inertia hammer can be flexibly adjusted according to environmental conditions and do not interfere with each other; interfaces are simple, the number of parts is small, and assembling is convenient; the special requirement that the movement directions of the inertia hammer and the locking piece are not in the same projection plane is met; the opening/closing/overturning mechanism can be locked at a certain specific position/angle/moment in the stroke of the opening/closing/overturning mechanism; after assembly, the mass of the inertia hammer and the spring force can still be adjusted, and a good dynamic behavior is obtained.
本发明涉及一种新型惯性锁止机构,包括固定在固定支架上的锁止片、惯性锤和锁止弹簧,锁止弹簧上、下两端分别挂在锁止片上C型卡槽和固定支架的卡槽上,惯性锤通过惯性锤转轴与固定支架固定,还包括桌板连杆,桌板上的转轴能够依次穿过桌板连杆上端的孔以及固定支架的连接孔,且桌板连杆可绕转轴转动,桌板连杆下端的开孔用于与桌板的四连杆配合。本发明锁止片与惯性锤可根据环境条件进行灵活调整互不干扰;接口简单,零件数量少,便于装配;实现了惯性锤与锁止片运动方向不在同一投影平面的特殊要求;可实现开合/翻转机构在其行程内某一特定位置/角度/时刻进行锁止;装配后仍可对惯性锤的质量与弹簧力进行调整,得到良好的动态行为。
