The invention relates to a material carrying system, an automatic crown block and a track offset detection device and method. The track offset detection device comprises a vibration detector. The vibration detector is mounted on a vehicle body of the automatic crown block, and the vibration detector is used for being electrically connected with a controller of the material carrying system, obtaining vibration amplitude information when the automatic crown block runs on a track to be detected and transmitting the vibration amplitude information when the automatic crown block runs on the track to be detected to the controller. Due to the fact that the vibration detector is arranged on the vehicle body of the automatic crown block, when the automatic crown block runs on the track to be detected, the vibration detector can synchronously sense the vibration amplitude information and transmit the vibration amplitude information to the controller in time, and thus the track offset defect can be detected timely and accurately favourably. Manual detection in the prior art is not needed, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, the automation degree is high, and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种物料搬送系统、自动化天车、轨道断差检测装置及方法,轨道断差检测装置包括震动检测仪。震动检测仪装设于自动化天车的车体上,震动检测仪用于与物料搬送系统的控制器电性连接,并用于获取自动化天车运行于待测轨道上时的震动幅度信息,并将自动化天车运行于待测轨道上的震动幅度信息传输给控制器。由于在自动化天车的车体上设置有震动检测仪,自动化天车运行于待测轨道上的过程中,震动检测仪能够同步感测震动幅度信息,并将震动幅度信息及时地传输给控制器,从而便能够有利于及时准确地检测出轨道断差缺陷,无需如传统技术中的人工手动检测,检测效率大大提高,自动化程度较高,维护成本大大较低。
