The method specifically comprises the steps that a sensor subsystem obtains the current wheel speed; an accelerator subsystem obtains a target vehicle body speed; a control subsystem determines a target rear wheel torque corresponding to the target vehicle body speed of the vehicle according to the current wheel speed and the target vehicle body speed; under the condition that the target rear wheel torque is deceleration torque, whether the high-voltage battery subsystem can store electric energy obtained through conversion of the regenerative braking mode or not is judged; when a high-voltage battery subsystem can store the electric energy obtained through conversion of the regenerative braking mode, the regenerative braking mode is adopted to decelerate the vehicle; the high-voltage battery subsystem stores electric energy obtained through regenerative braking deceleration conversion. By means of the scheme, the time of adopting the regenerative braking mode is accurately judged, the energy recovery effect is improved, and it is ensured that the electric energy obtained through conversion of the regenerative braking mode can be stored.
