The invention relates to an automobile, a steering mechanism and a sealing cover, the sealing cover comprises a cover body capable of twisting in the axial direction, the cover body is provided with a mounting channel for an intermediate transmission shaft to penetrate through, and one end of the cover body is provided with a first connecting part for being fixedly connected with the intermediate transmission shaft; the other end of the cover body is provided with a second connecting part used for being fixedly connected with an automobile body. The cover body is fixedly connected with the automobile body and the intermediate transmission shaft, so that relative motion of the cover body and the intermediate transmission shaft can be avoided, friction force between the cover body and the intermediate transmission shaft can be eliminated or reduced, and operation abrasion of the intermediate transmission shaft is avoided or reduced. Meanwhile, when the intermediate transmission shaft rotates due to transmission, the cover body can synchronously twist around the axial direction of the cover body along with the intermediate transmission shaft, interference influence on rotation of the intermediate transmission shaft is avoided, and the rotating torque can be smoothly transmitted to the steering gear.
本发明涉及一种汽车、转向机构及密封罩,密封罩包括能够绕轴向发生扭转的罩本体,罩本体设有用于供中间传动轴穿过的安装通道,且罩本体的一端设有用于与中间传动轴固定连接的第一连接部,罩本体的另一端设有用于与车身固定连接的第二连接部。通过将罩本体与车身进行固定连接、及将罩本体与中间传动轴进行固定连接,能够避免罩本体与中间传动轴发生相对移动,从而能够消除或减轻罩本体与中间传动轴之间的摩擦力,进而避免或减轻中间传动轴发生运转磨损。同时,中间传动轴进行传动而发生转动时,罩本体能够随中间传动轴同步的绕自身的轴向发生扭转,也不会对中间传动轴的转动造成干涉影响,使得转动力矩能够顺畅的传递至转向器。
