The invention discloses an underwater assembly and connection structure for a submarine with infinite deep diving and a propeller thruster. The key point of the scheme is that: a detachable connecting mode of a submarine and an electric thruster can be implemented respectively through a positioning mechanism frame (X) of the submarine and a positioning plate (Q) of the electric thruster. The motor structure of the propeller thruster is characterized in that: at least a rotor (2) or the rotor (2) and a stator (1) are surrounded by a narrow metal sealing isolation shield (4) or a wide metal sealing isolation shield (5) in a three-dimensional manner, and a rotating shaft (6) capable of penetrating through a motor shaft seal (7) downwards to vertically output rotating force outwards is arranged at the bottom of the metal sealing isolation shield; the metal sealing isolation shield is filled with oil (S), and the oil jacks and prevents external high-pressure water from penetrating to the interior through the motor shaft seal (7); and all splicing gaps involved in the metal sealing isolation shield are connected through a non-detachable welding process.
