The invention discloses a method for using a submarine propeller thruster capable of deeply diving over kilometers at the tail end of a submarine main body of a seat cabin. A connecting mechanism frame (X) arranged on the propeller thruster and a positioning plate (Q) arranged on the submarine main body of the seat cabin are two relatively independent and detachable structural parts. According to the electric propeller thruster, at least a rotor (2) or the rotor (2) and a stator (1) are surrounded by a metal fully-sealed isolation cavity (4) or (5) in a three-dimensional mode, and a rotating shaft (6) capable of vertically and downwards penetrating through a motor shaft seal (7) is arranged at the bottom of the metal fully-sealed isolation cavity; the metal sealing isolation cavity is filled with oil (S), and external high-pressure water is jacked to penetrate upwards to the interior of the motor through the motor shaft seal (7); all splicing gaps related to the metal sealing isolation cavity are connected through a non-detachable welding process; and the motor is arranged in a vertical state to horizontally drive the propeller (11) to operate.
