The invention relates to a vehicle power-off fault processing method, device and system and a storage medium. The method, device and system are used for vehicle power-off fault processing with a CAN network power-off function and a KL15 hard wire power-off function at the same time and applied to a vehicle control unit VCU. The method comprises the steps: if it is detected that a PEPS signal generated through a CAN network is abnormal or it is detected that the PEPS signal is normal, but the PEPS signal is not consistent with the state of the KL15 hard wire, judging whether the high-voltage shut-off condition of the vehicle is met or not; if not, controlling the vehicle to enter a speed limiting state, and sending out a power system fault alarm or sending out a power system fault alarm; if yes, controlling the vehicle to shut off high voltage, and sending a power loss alarm. Power supply electricity exhaustion and even influence on the service lifetime of a battery due to the fact that the whole vehicle cannot shut off high voltage are avoided.
