The invention belongs to the technical field of satellite release, and discloses a micro-satellite on-orbit release device which comprises a frame body, launching sleeves, a position adjusting cam shaft, a rotating motor, a limiting plate, a pico-nano satellite, memory alloy pins and a sleeve cover plate. The position adjusting cam shaft and the rotating motor both penetrate through the frame body, and each launching sleeve is provided with a connecting cylinder and an arc-shaped part; the position adjusting cam shaft is provided with a cam protrusion, the connecting cylinder is arranged on a side connecting rod of the rotating motor in a penetrating mode, the arc-shaped part abuts against the cam protrusion, a hinge piece is connected between the two launching sleeves, the limiting plate is connected to the upper end of the frame body, memory alloy pins are connected to the peripheries of the launching sleeves, and first springs are connected to the memory alloy pins; and the bottom of the pico-nano satellite is connected with a second spring, the sleeve cover plate is connected to the upper parts of the launching sleeves. The device solves the problem that a satellite release device in the prior art cannot adjust the launching direction of pico-nano satellite in networking operation, and is suitable for release of micro-satellites.

    本发明属于卫星释放技术领域,公开了一种微小卫星在轨释放装置,包括框架本体、发射套筒、调位凸轮轴、转动电机、限位板、皮纳卫星、记忆合金销和套筒盖板,调位凸轮轴和转动电机均穿设于框架本体,发射套筒设有连接圆柱和弧形部,调位凸轮轴设有凸轮凸起,连接圆柱穿设于转动电机的侧连杆,弧形部与凸轮凸起抵接,两发射套筒之间连接有铰接件,限位板连接在框架本体的上端,发射套筒的四周均连接有记忆合金销,记忆合金销连接有第一弹簧,皮纳卫星的底部连接有第二弹簧,套筒盖板连接在发射套筒的上部;本发明解决了现有技术卫星释放装置无法调节组网运行的皮纳卫星发射方向的问题,适用于微小卫星的释放。
