The invention discloses a piezoelectric actuation micro-driver of a low-orbit satellite micro-fluidic system. The piezoelectric actuation micro-driver is used for solving the problem of accurate control of heat dissipation and fuel of low-orbit satellite electronic equipment. The piezoelectric actuation micro-driver comprises a PCB pump body and a piezoelectric single-crystal actuator, wherein thePCB pump body is processed and obtained by a PCB, the piezoelectric single-crystal actuator comprises a piezoelectric ceramic and a copper substrate, and the piezoelectric ceramic is bonded above thecopper substrate; a counter bore is formed in the middle of the PCB pump body downwards, the copper substrate is welded on the PCB pump body, a counter bore of the PCB pump body and the copper substrate form a pump cavity, the PCB pump body is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet communicate with the pump cavity, the lower bottom surface of thepump cavity is obliquely arranged, and the height of the liquid inlet in the vertical direction is higher than the liquid outlet. According to the piezoelectric actuation micro-driver, the integrationdifficulty of the piezoelectric actuation micro-driver and other components of the micro-fluidic system is reduced, so that the micro-driver directly acts on a micro-channel, and the control capability of the micro-driver and the integration degree of the system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种低轨卫星微流控系统的压电致动微驱动器,用于解决低轨卫星电子设备散热与燃料精准控制的问题,包括PCB泵体和压电单晶执行器,所述PCB泵体由PCB加工制得,所述压电单晶执行器包括压电陶瓷和铜基片,所述压电陶瓷粘接在所述铜基片上方;所述PCB泵体中间向下设置有沉孔,所述铜基片焊接在所述PCB泵体上,所述PCB泵体的沉孔与所述铜基片构成泵腔,所述PCB泵体具有进液口和出液口,所述进液口和出液口与所述泵腔连通,所述泵腔的下底面倾斜设置,所述进液口在竖直方向上的高度高于出液口。本压电致动微驱动器,降低其与微流控系统其它部件集成的难度,使得微驱动器直接作用于微流道,提高微驱动器的控制能力与系统的集成程度。
