The invention discloses a novel elevator energy-saving device based on a super capacitor. The novel elevator energy-saving device comprises an elevator circuit, an energy-saving device and a frequency converter, wherein the energy-saving device and the frequency converter are arranged in the elevator circuit, and the frequency converter comprises a rectifier module, a direct current module and an inverter module. The novel elevator energy-saving device is designed to store electric energy accumulated in a capacitor on a direct-current bus of a frequency converter under a power generation working condition of an elevator host, and when the elevator host is in an electric working condition, the electric energy is directly supplied to a motor for driving through the direct-current bus of the frequency converter, so that the power grid power consumed by an elevator dragging system is reduced; therefore, the purpose of saving electric energy is achieved. The energy generated under the power generation working condition of an elevator host is stored in the energy storage device through the direct-current bus of the frequency converter, and electric energy is not fed back to a power grid, so that the problem of power grid harmonic pollution is avoided, meanwhile, an original brake unit and a brake resistor of the elevator do not need to be disassembled, and the elevator can still operate normally when the energy-saving device breaks down.

    本发明公开了一种基于超级电容的新型电梯节能装置,包括电梯电路,及设置于电梯电路中的节能装置以及变频器,所述变频器包括整流模块、直流模块以及逆变模块。本发明设计一种节能装置将电梯主机发电工况下变频器直流母线上的电容中积聚的电能储存下来,当电梯主机处于电动工况时通过变频器直流母线直接提供给电动机驱动使用,使电梯拖动系统消耗电网功率下降,从而达到节约电能目的。由于将电梯主机发电工况下产生的能量经过变频器直流母线保存在储能装置中,没有将电能回馈到电网,因而没有电网谐波污染的问题,同时不用拆除电梯原制动单元和制动电阻,保证节能装置发生故障时电梯仍能正常运行。
