Therefore, the system can master the running condition of each elevator and the condition that extra energy needs to be obtained through the super capacitor in real time, and it is ensured that the super capacitor has sufficient energy in different working day time periods of the elevator; the system generates an existing stability index Xczs by associating a return power factor Hdyz, a release factor Sfyz and an electric leakage factor Ldyz of the super capacitor so as to evaluate the energy storage condition of the super capacitor; and the classification management and control module intelligently determines working day and non-working day time periods according to the calculation result of the existing stability index Xczs, and correspondingly controls the range of the existing stability index Xczs of the super capacitor, so that the minimum energy requirements of the elevator in different time periods can be met.
