The invention discloses a material stack autonomous generation method and system for an unmanned intelligent tower crane. The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the type and the number of to-be-stored materials, then classifying the to-be-stored materials according to the single-piece weight and the shape size of the to-be-stored materials, and obtaining a plurality of stack types with different weight and volume grades; then, determining the posture with the lowest gravity centers from stable placement postures of each to-be-stored material to serve as the stack posture of the to-be-stored material, and then generating a to-be-stored material stack sequence according to the sequences of the weight grades of the stack types from high to low and the sizes of the to-be-stored materials in the same stack types from large to small; and finally, controlling first stacking execution equipment according to the stack sequence to stack the materials in a lifting appliance in a stacking area in the corresponding stacking posture. According to the method, the material loading time is saved, and the field area occupied by material storage is also reduced by loading the materials into the lifting appliance in advance.

    本申请公开了无人驾驶智能塔吊的物料堆叠自主生成方法和系统,首先获取待存储物料的种类及其数量,然后按照所述待存储物料的单件重量和形状尺寸对所述待存储物料进行分类,得到多个重量和体积等级不同的堆叠类,然后从每种待存储物料的平稳放置姿态中确定出重心最低的姿态作为该种物料的堆叠姿态,然后按照所有所述堆叠类的重量等级从高到低以及同一所述堆叠类内待存储物料体积从大到小的顺序生成待存储物料堆叠序列,最后按所述堆叠序列控制第一堆叠执行设备将物料以相应的所述堆叠姿态进行在堆料区吊具的物料堆叠。该方法节省了物料装载时间,将物料预先装入吊具也减少了物料存储所占用的场地面积。
