The invention discloses a semi-active suspension driving mode intelligent adjusting control system. The system comprises a wheel speed sensor, a magneto-rheological damper, an ESC assembly, a magneto-rheological damping intelligent control module and a semi-active suspension control unit; the wheel speed sensor ESC assembly is connected through a hard wire and collects a wheel speed signal; the ESC assembly is connected with the magnetorheological damping intelligent control module; the magneto-rheological damping intelligent control module is connected with the semi-active suspension control unit; and the semi-active suspension control unit is connected with the magnetorheological damper through a hard wire. According to the intelligent adjustment control method, the acquired data of an acceleration sensor and the vehicle wheel speed sensor are processed and analyzed through the magneto-rheological damping intelligent control module and then sent to the semi-active suspension control unit for driving mode adjustment, and the driving mode is fed back to the magneto-rheological damping intelligent control module after being adjusted. Intelligentization of the whole vehicle is improved, comfort and controllability of the whole vehicle are improved, and the process of manual adjustment is omitted.

    本发明公开了一种半主动悬架驾驶模式智能调节控制系统,包括轮速传感器、磁流变减振器、ESC总成、磁流变阻尼智能控制模块和半主动悬架控制单元;所述轮速传感器ESC总成硬线连接,采集轮速信号;ESC总成与磁流变阻尼智能控制模块连接;磁流变阻尼智能控制模块与半主动悬架控制单元连接;半主动悬架控制单元与磁流变减振器通过硬线连接。本发明的智能调节控制方法,通过磁流变阻尼智能控制模块对采集的加速度传感器和车辆轮速传感器数据进行处理,分析处理后发送给半主动悬架控制单元进行驾驶模式调整,驾驶模式调整完成后再反馈给磁流变阻尼智能控制模块。本发明提高了整车的智能化,提升整车舒适性和操控性,省去人工调节的流程。
