The invention relates to a method for demolding and turning of a concrete prefabricated column. The method comprises the following steps that a lifting rope penetrates through a lifting ring, the prefabricated column is lifted to a certain height through external lifting equipment, the end of the lifted prefabricated column is placed into a round roller rod, the lifting height is slowly lowered to complete demolding of the prefabricated column, the prefabricated column is dragged outwards by 1/3 of the width of the prefabricated column through a hoist chain block, at the moment, a wood gasket is arranged in the turning fulcrum position of the back surface of the lifting ring, turning of the prefabricated column is completed through the external lifting equipment, then a sole timber is placed in the set position, and the prefabricated column is lifted to the sole timber through the external lifting equipment. The problems that in the prior art, horse stools need to be adopted for assisting in turning, prefabricated columns are prone to tipping over and breaking, and potential safety hazards exist are solved; the operation method is simple, and construction is convenient; the turning efficiency of the prefabricated column is effectively improved, and the damage rate of the prefabricated column is greatly reduced; and the potential safety hazard of turning of the prefabricated column is reduced.

    本发明是一种混凝土预制柱脱模翻身的方法,将吊绳穿过吊环,通过外置吊装设备将预制柱吊起一定高度,再吊起的预制柱端放入圆形辊棒,缓慢降下起吊高度,使预制柱完成脱模,再通过葫芦倒链将预制成向外侧拖拽1/3预制柱宽度,此时,在吊环背面翻身支点位置设置木垫片,通过外置吊装设备完成预制柱的翻身,再在设定位置放置垫木,通过外置吊装设备将预制柱吊至垫木上;本发明解决了现有技术中需要采用马凳辅助翻身,且预制柱容易倾翻断裂,存在安全隐患的问题;本发明具有操作方法简单,施工方便;有效提高了预制柱的翻身效率,极大的避免了预制柱的破损率;降低了预制柱翻身的安全隐患的有益效果。
