The invention discloses a high-precision constant-force assembly method for a large aircraft cabin door. A door sample piece and a door frame sample piece are used for adjusting the fitting degree of the aircraft cabin door and a door frame; the door sample piece is composed of a door sample piece base body, a door hinge connector and a pull pressure sensor, the door sample piece base body is of a frame structure, the frame shape of the door sample piece base body is consistent with the door shape of an airplane cabin door and door frame lap joint area, and the door hinge connector is fixed to the outer ring of the door sample piece base body and consistent with the cabin door hinge connector in shape and position; a pull pressure sensor is arranged between the hinge joint and the door sample piece base body; the door frame sample piece is composed of a door frame sample piece base body, a door frame hinge connector and a pull pressure sensor, the door frame sample piece base body is of an enclosure frame structure, the shape of the door frame sample piece base body is consistent with that of a door frame of the airplane cabin door and door frame lap joint area, and the door frame hinge connector is fixed to the inner ring of the door frame sample piece base body and consistent with the cabin door and door frame hinge connector in shape and position; and a pull pressure sensor is arranged between the door frame hinge joint and the door frame sample piece base body.

    本发明公开了一种大型飞机舱门高精度定力装配方法,使用门样件、门框样件调装飞机舱门和门框贴合度;门样件由门样件基体、门铰链接头、拉压力传感器组成,门样件基体为框架结构,其框体外形与飞机舱门和门框搭接区的门外形一致,门铰链接头固定在门样件基体外圈并与舱门铰链接头形状及位置一致,在铰链接头与门样件基体之间安装有拉压力传感器;门框样件由门框样件基体、门框铰链接头、拉压力传感器组成,门框样件基体为围框结构,门框样件基体外形与飞机舱门和门框搭接区的门框外形一致,门框铰链接头固定在门框样件基体内圈并与舱门门框铰链接头形状及位置一致,在门框铰链接头与门框样件基体之间安装有拉压力传感器。
