The mechanical anti-crosswind device comprises a tank body, a connecting shaft, a lower liquid blocking disc, an upper liquid blocking disc, a stepping motor output shaft, a stepping motor and control system, a gasket, an upper cover, a pressure ball bearing, a coupler, a shaft sleeve and a bearing. An output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with a coupler, the coupler is connected with the upper liquid blocking disc through a connecting shaft, a pressure ball bearing is designed between the upper end of the coupler and the upper cover, a shaft sleeve is designed between the lower end of the coupler and the upper liquid blocking disc, and the upper liquid blocking disc and the lower liquid blocking disc are connected through a bearing. The upper liquid blocking disc and the lower liquid blocking disc are respectively provided with a liquid guide hole. According to the device, the opening degree of the liquid guide hole is controlled by controlling the rotating angle of the upper liquid blocking disc, so that the offset of liquid is controlled, and finally, the return force is controlled. And the unmanned aerial vehicle can quickly return to a level flight state through proper return force, so that the flight safety is ensured.
本发明公开了一种无人机用机械式抗横风装置,包括罐体、连接轴、下阻液盘、上阻液盘、步进电机输出轴、步进电机及控制系统、垫片、上盖、压力球轴承、联轴器、轴套和轴承;下阻液盘与罐体固定,罐体上端固定上盖,步进电机输出轴与联轴器连接,联轴器通过连接轴与上阻液盘连接,联轴器上端与上盖之间设计有压力球轴承,下端与上阻液盘之间设计有轴套,上、下阻液盘之间通过轴承连接,上阻液盘与下阻液盘上均开有导液孔。本装置通过控制上阻液盘旋转的角度,来控制导液孔打开的大小,从而控制液体的偏移量,并最终控制回正力的大小。通过合适的回正力,可以使得无人机快速恢复平飞状态,从而保证飞行的安全。
