The invention provides an electric vehicle charging equipment fault analysis and early warning method and system. The fault analysis method comprises the steps of obtaining charging equipment data, charging process data and fault data generated in the charging process in a historical time period; obtaining fault data sets of different charging equipment manufacturers in different charging processes according to the charging equipment data, the charging process data and fault data generated in the charging process in the historical time period; and based on the fault data sets, carrying out association analysis on faults of different charging equipment manufacturers in different charging processes to obtain a fault association rule set of the different charging equipment manufacturers. According to the technical scheme, the fault relevance between different faults is deeply mined through a machine learning method, the analysis complexity caused by equipment differences of different manufacturers is reduced, and the fault relevance can be rapidly recognized.

    本发明提出一种电动汽车充电设备故障分析、预警方法及系统,其中故障分析方法包括:获取历史时段内的充电设备数据、充电过程数据和充电过程中发生的故障数据;根据历史时段内的充电设备数据、充电过程数据和充电过程中发生的故障数据,获得不同充电设备厂家在不同充电过程中的故障数据集;基于所述故障数据集,对不同充电设备厂家在不同充电过程中发生的故障进行关联分析,获得不同充电设备厂家的故障关联规则集。本发明的技术方案通过机器学习的方法深度挖掘不同故障之间的故障关联性,降低了不同厂家的设备差异带来的分析复杂性,能够快速识别故障的关联性。
