The invention discloses a control method for an electric control semi-active suspension system of an automobile, which is applied to the semi-active suspension system comprising an electric control variable damping shock absorber and comprises the following steps of distributing algorithms and dynamically adjusting top-layer mode control of parameters after working condition identification and driving style judgment, and underlying algorithm control of a specific execution control algorithm is carried out. The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting vehicle driving state parameters and driver model information, (2) conducting working condition identification according to the state information, switching a top layer mode, and determining a corresponding bottom layer control algorithm, and (3) applying full-state damping control and hybrid control, dynamically adjusting the weight and parameters of a control algorithm, and outputting a control signal of the electric controlvariable damping shock absorber. According to the method, the driving style of a driver and the driving working condition of a vehicle can be identified by utilizing the structure of the existing electric control semi-active suspension system, and dynamic selection and adjustment of a bottom layer control method and parameters are realized, so that the performance of the electric control semi-active suspension system is accurately optimized.

    本发明公开了一种汽车电控半主动悬架系统控制方法,是应用于包含有电控可变阻尼减振器的半主动悬架系统中,控制方法包含在工况识别和驾驶风格判定之后分配算法和动态调整参数的顶层模式控制,及进行具体执行控制算法的底层算法控制,其步骤包括:(1)收集车辆行驶状态参数和驾驶员模型信息;(2)根据状态信息进行工况识别,切换顶层模式,确定对应底层控制算法;(3)应用全状态阻尼控制和混合控制,动态调整控制算法权重和参数,输出电控可变阻尼减振器控制信号。本发明能实现利用现有电控半主动悬架系统的结构进行驾驶员驾驶风格和车辆行驶工况的识别,实现对底层控制方法和参数的动态选择、调整,从而精准地优化电控半主动悬架系统性能。
