The invention discloses a rotation combined control valve and a crane rotation control system and method. The problem that an existing crawler crane does not have a free rotation function is solved. The rotation combined control valve comprises a first connector, a second connector, a third connector and a fourth connector, a first reversing valve is arranged between the first connector and the second connector, a second reversing valve is arranged between the third connector and the fourth connector, and a throttling valve and a third reversing valve are arranged between the first connector and the third connector; and the third reversing valve is provided with a first position enabling the first connector and the third connector to be communicated and a second position blocking an oil way between the first connector and the third connector. The rotation combined control valve, and the crane rotation control system and method have the beneficial effects that the free sliding and rotating function of a crawler crane is achieved, the free sliding and rotating speed can be adjusted in a stepless mode through the throttling valve, a hydraulic system is simplified, the integrated design is achieved, meanwhile, a connecting pipeline is simplified, and energy consumption of auxiliary action is reduced through selection of the reversing valves.
