The invention provides a hybrid electric vehicle battery pack heating system which comprises an engine, a postprocessor, a tail gas exhaust pipe, a heat exchange pipeline, a battery pack, a first connecting pipeline and a second connecting pipeline, and the postprocessor is connected to an exhaust port of the engine; the tail gas exhaust pipe is connected to an exhaust port of the postprocessor; the heat exchange pipeline is wound on the tail gas exhaust pipe; a cooling plate close to or in contact with the battery cell is arranged in the battery pack, and a cooling cavity is formed in the cooling plate; the liquid inlet end of the first connecting pipeline is connected to the liquid outlet of the cooling cavity, and the liquid outlet end of the first connecting pipeline is connected to the first end of the heat exchange pipeline; the liquid inlet end of the second connecting pipeline is connected to the second end of the heat exchange pipeline, and the liquid outlet end of the second connecting pipeline is connected to the liquid inlet of the cooling cavity. The tail gas exhausted by the engine is used for heating the battery pack, the problem that a large amount of energy is consumed due to other heating modes is avoided while the battery pack is heated, and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种混动汽车电池包加热系统,包括发动机、后处理器、尾气排放管、换热管道、电池包、第一连接管道及第二连接管道,其中:后处理器连接在发动机的排气口上;尾气排放管连接在后处理器的排气口上;换热管道卷绕在尾气排放管上;电池包内设置有靠近或接触电芯的冷却板,冷切板内形成有冷却腔;第一连接管道的进液端连接在冷却腔的出液口上,第一连接管道的出液端连接在所述换热管道的第一端上;第二连接管道的进液端连接在换热管道的第二端上,第二连接管道的出液端连接在冷却腔的进液口上。本发明利用发动机排出的尾气对实现对电池包的加热,其在实现对电池包的加热的同时,避免了其他加热方式造成的大量能量消耗问题,降低了整车的能耗。
