The invention discloses an automobile and a hybrid power system thereof, the automobile comprises an engine (1) and a gearbox, the engine (1) transmits torque to an output shaft (5) of the gearbox through a steel belt, the automobile further comprises a motor (2), and the output end of the motor (2) is connected with a gear (3); and a clutch gear (4) is meshed with the gear (3), and the clutch gear (4) is connected with a belt wheel (6) on the output shaft (5) of the gearbox through an electromagnetic clutch in a separating and combining mode. The engine transmits torque to the output shaft of the gearbox through the steel belt, the motor transmits torque to the output shaft of the gearbox through meshing of the gear and the clutch gear, separation and combination of the clutch gear and the output shaft are achieved through the electromagnetic clutch, and therefore disconnection and connection of the torque transmitted by the motor are achieved. According to the invention, rapid disconnection and connection of the motor torque can be realized through the electromagnetic clutch, the transmission efficiency is not influenced, and the complex hybrid power working condition can be met.
本发明公开了一种汽车及其混合动力系统,包括:发动机(1)和变速箱,发动机(1)通过钢带向变速箱的输出轴(5)传递扭矩,其还包括:电机(2),电机(2)的输出端连接有齿轮(3);离合器齿轮(4),离合器齿轮(4)与齿轮(3)啮合,离合器齿轮(4)通过电磁离合器与变速箱的输出轴(5)上的带轮(6)可分合的连接。发动机通过钢带向变速箱的输出轴传递扭矩,而电机通过齿轮与离合器齿轮啮合向变速箱的输出轴传递扭矩,并通过电磁离合器实现离合器齿轮与输出轴的分合,从而实现电机传递的扭矩的断开与接入。本申请通过电磁离合器可实现电机扭矩的快速断开与接入,不仅不会影响传动的效率,而且可以满足复杂的混合动力工况。
