The invention provides an industrial trundle with a brake structure. The industrial trundle comprises a trundle support, a trundle body rotationally installed on the trundle support, and a brake structure, the brake structure comprises a rotating wheel, a sliding block, a sliding groove and a first spring, the rotating wheel is coaxially fixed to the trundle body, a plurality of tooth grooves are distributed in the wheel circumference of the rotating wheel, a clamping jaw is arranged on the sliding block, the clamping jaw can be clamped into a tooth groove, the first end of the sliding groove is rotationally connected with the trundle support, the sliding block is installed in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the first spring is installed on the sliding groove, and the sliding block is elastically connected with the first spring. Compared with the prior art, the industrial trundle has the advantages that kinetic energy of the frame is converted in a mode that the first spring is compressed to store energy, abrasion of the trundle is reduced, parameters of the first spring can be adjusted according to the actual load condition, and adaptability is higher.

    本发明公开了一种带刹车结构的工业脚轮,包括脚轮支架、转动安装于所述脚轮支架上的脚轮、以及刹车结构,刹车结构包括转轮、滑块、滑槽和第一弹簧,转轮同轴固定于脚轮上,转轮的轮周分布有多个齿槽,滑块上设有卡爪,卡爪能够卡入齿槽内,滑槽的第一端与脚轮支架转动连接,滑块滑动安装于滑槽内,第一弹簧安装于滑槽上,滑块与第一弹簧弹性相连。相比于现有技术,本发明通过第一弹簧压缩储能的方式对车架的动能进行转化,不仅降低了脚轮的磨损,而且可根据实际载重情况对第一弹簧的参数进行调整,适应性更强。
