The invention discloses a universal brake trundle. The universal brake trundle comprises a basis support and rolling wheels arranged on the two sides of the basis support. A straight tube is vertically arranged in the basis support. The universal brake trundle convenient to maintain further comprises a lead screw. The bottom of the lead screw is connected with a central spindle arranged in the straight tube. A brake ring is concentrically arranged on the inner sides of the rolling wheels. A ring of tooth spaces are formed in the inner circle of the brake ring at intervals. A brake fluctuation sheet is arranged in the basis support. The two sides of the brake fluctuation sheet are provided with protruding blocks corresponding to the tooth spaces respectively. A stepping sheet is hinged to the basis support. In this way, the universal brake trundle is relatively convenient to maintain and replace, and the replacement cost is reduced; and the rolling wheels on the two sides can be fixed at the same time through the brake fluctuation sheet by pressing the stepping sheet, and the stability is high.
