The invention relates to a high-stability structure surface inspection device, which comprises a suspension main body which is a floating body which can rise or suspend in the air against the gravity, and is provided with an airflow channel hole in a penetrating manner; a first spiral wing arranged in the airflow channel hole so as to realize vertical lifting and descending of the suspension main body; an inspection assembly arranged on the suspension main body and used for acquiring visual information of a structure object on a structure surface structure; and a walking assembly which is arranged on the upper surface of the suspension main body, can abut against the lower surface of the structure surface structure and enables the suspension main body to move along the lower surface of the structure surface structure so as to assist the inspection assembly in obtaining the information of the lower surface of the structure. Compared with the prior art, through mutual cooperation of the suspension main body, the walking assembly and the spiral wing, a stable suspension structure detection platform is formed, a high-stability structure surface walking structure is formed, and an optimal working platform is created for component inspection.

    本发明涉及一种高稳定性结构表面检查装置,包括:悬浮主体,为能够逆重力上升或滞空的漂浮体,所述悬浮主体上贯穿设有气流通道孔;第一螺旋翼,设于所述气流通道孔中,以此实现悬浮主体的竖直拉升和下降;检查组件,设于所述悬浮主体上,获取结构表面结构对象的视觉信息;行走组件,设于悬浮主体上表面,能够与结构表面结构的下表面抵接,并使得悬浮主体沿结构表面结构的下表面进行移动,以此辅助检查组件获取结构下表面信息。与现有技术相比,本发明通过悬浮主体、行走组件、螺旋翼的相互配合构成了一个稳定的悬浮结构检测平台,并构成了高稳定性结构表面行走结构,为检查组件创造了最优化的工作平台。
