The invention discloses a network rail tunnel comprehensive detection device and method based on edge calculation and big data, and the device comprises a vehicle-mounted detection module which is installed on a train and is used for collecting network rail tunnel detection data; the wireless transmission module is connected with the vehicle-mounted detection device; the big data platform is used for receiving the network rail tunnel detection data from the vehicle-mounted detection module through the wireless transmission module and carrying out operational analysis on the network rail tunnel detection data; and the big data platform also performs secondary calculation on the network rail tunnel data through a big database, so that accurate identification of the network rail tunnel inspection images with defects is realized. In the vehicle running process, the network track and tunnel comprehensive detection device accurately measures track geometric parameters, network inspection geometric parameters and tunnel limits in real time, intelligently recognizes defects of network tunnel track inspection images, alarms abnormity, overrun, defects and the like in the running process in real time and uploads the alarms to a big data platform, a maintenance decision is formed, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Fault hidden dangers can be timely eliminated, and safe operation of the train is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于边缘计算和大数据的网轨隧综合检测装置及方法,其中装置包括:车载检测模块,安装在列车上,用于采集网轨隧检测数据;无线传输模块,与车载检测装置连接;大数据平台,通过无线传输模块从车载检测模块接收网轨隧检测数据,并对网轨隧检测数据进行运算分析;大数据平台还通过大数据库对网轨隧数据进行二次计算,从而实现对于存在缺陷的网隧轨巡检图像的精准识别。在车辆运行过程中,网轨隧综合检测装置实时对轨道几何参数、网检几何参数和隧道限界进行精准测量,对网隧轨巡检图像进行缺陷智能识别,将运行过程中的异常、超限、缺陷等进行实时报警上传至大数据平台,形成维修决策,便于及时消除故障隐患,保证列车安全运行。
