The invention relates to a network rail tunnel comprehensive detection system and method based on big data, and the system comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal which is disposed on a train (such as an electric passenger car and a detection vehicle), and is used for collecting the detection data of a network rail tunnel; the big data center is in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal and is used for receiving the collected detection data; wherein the big data center is configured to perform deviation comparison on the detection data acquired at different times and historical data of the big data center, so as to realize defect trend prediction and pre-judgment. According to the invention, the detection data collected by the vehicle-mounted terminal is compared with the historical data of the big data center according to a certain time frequency, and through data analysis and curve comparison, the defect trend can be predicted and pre-judged, and the change trend of the equipment state in a period of time in the future can be predicted. Therefore, equipment which is deteriorated but does not have defects can be found in advance, the equipment can be overhauled in advance, and the purposes of early warning and risk reduction can be achieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于大数据网轨隧综合检测系统及方法,包括:车载终端,其安装于列车(例如电客车和检测车)上,并用于采集网轨隧检测数据;以及大数据中心,其与所述车载终端通信连接,并用于接收采集的检测数据;其中,所述大数据中心被配置成将不同时间所采集的检测数据与大数据中心的历史数据进行偏差对比,以实现缺陷趋势预测和预判。本发明通过将由车载终端采集的检测数据按一定时间频率来与大数据中心的历史数据进行比对,通过数据分析及曲线比较,其能够对缺陷趋势进行预测和预判,并能够预测未来一段时间内设备状态的变化趋势,从而提前发现正在恶化、但尚未形成缺陷的设备,以提前对设备进行检修,达到提前预警、降低风险的目的。
