The invention discloses a double-lifting-appliance swing angle detection device and method based on a convex lens imaging principle. The device comprises a pair of swing angle detection devices. Each swing angle detection device comprises a square frame; a cross-shaped swing frame, wherein four end parts of the cross-shaped swing frame are embedded into four frame edges of the square frame respectively, a lifting rope penetrates through the center of the cross-shaped swing frame, and when a lifting appliance swings, the lifting rope drives the cross-shaped swing frame to correspondingly slide along the frame edges; a pair of parallel light beam sources, wherein each parallel light beam source is arranged on the end part in the cross-shaped swing frame and is located in the corresponding frame edge; a pair of convex lenses, wherein each convex lens is arranged on the corresponding frame edge and located at the corresponding frame corner of the square frame; a pair of light plates, wherein each light plate is arranged on the corresponding frame edge; and a signal processing device, wherein parallel light emitted by the parallel light beam sources correspondingly penetrates through the convex lenses and irradiates the corresponding light plates, each light plate converts the received parallel light into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the signal processing device for processing, and swing angle information of the corresponding lifting rope is obtained. The double-lifting-appliance swing angle detection device can detect the swing angle of the lifting ropes.

    本发明公开了一种基于凸透镜成像原理的双吊具摆角检测装置及方法,所述装置包括一对摆角检测装置;每一摆角检测装置包括:方形框架,十字摆架,其四个端部分别对应嵌入至方形框架的四条框边内,吊绳贯穿十字摆架中心,在吊具摆动时,吊绳带动十字摆架对应沿框边滑动;一对平行光束源,每一平行光束源设置在十字摆架中的端部上且对应位于框边内部;一对凸透镜,每一凸透镜设置在框边上,且位于方形框架的框角处;一对光板,每一光板设置在框边上;信号处理装置,平行光束源发出的平行光对应穿过凸透镜照射在相应的光板上,每一光板将接收到平行光转换成电信号并传输给信号处理装置应处理,得到相应吊绳的摆角信息。本发明能够检测吊绳摆角。
