The invention provides an accurate parking method and system for a maglev train. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining triggering information of a correlation device; determining a train parking area according to the trigger information; judging whether the accurate parking requirement is met or not according to the train parking area, and if not, determining the parking deviation of the train according to the triggering information; and controlling the train to accurately stop according to the parking deviation. The accurate parking method and system for the maglev train can be used for automatic adjustment and accurate parking of the automatic driving maglev train of the maglev train, the actual vehicle parking deviation is fed back, automatic adjustment and accurate parking can be achieved after the vehicle is over-marked or under-marked, and accurate parking is achieved through one-time train control.
