The invention discloses a design method for a vacuumizing pipeline of an aircraft fuel test bed. The method comprises a fuel tank mounting platform, a support frame, a pitching rotating shaft, a rolling rotating shaft and a vacuumizing pipeline, wherein the pitching rotating shaft is perpendicular to the rolling rotating shaft, the rolling rotating shaft is located between an upper end of the support frame and the fuel tank mounting platform, and the pitching rotating shaft is located between a lower end of the support frame and a foundation. Layout design of a vacuumizing pipeline is achieved through rotating joints, two rotating joints are connected through a steel pipe, a rotating shaft of one rotating joint is coaxial with a pitching shaft of the test bed, and a rotating shaft of the other rotating joint is coaxial with a transverse rolling shaft of the test bed. The design mode ensures that the vacuum pipeline does not interfere with two free rotations of pitching and rolling of the test bed; and the situation that a rubber pipe type vacuum pipeline is sucked and held down is also avoided.

    一种飞机燃油试验台抽真空管路的设计方法,含有油箱安装平台、支撑架、俯仰转轴、横滚转轴以及抽真空管路,俯仰转轴和横滚转轴相互垂直,横滚转轴位于支撑架的上端与油箱安装平台之间,俯仰转轴位于支撑架的下端与地基之间,利用旋转接头实现抽真空管路的布局设计,采用钢管把两个旋转接头连接,其中一个旋转接头的旋转轴与试验台俯仰轴同轴,另外一个旋转接头的旋转轴与试验台横滚轴同轴。这种设计形式保证了真空管路不干涉试验台俯仰、横滚两自由的转动。同时也避免了胶管形式的真空管路被吸憋的情况发生。
