The invention relates to an aircraft pipeline airtightness test device and method. The aircraft pipeline airtightness test device comprises an air source, an input hose, a stop valve, a pressure gauge, an output hose and a closed container. The gas source is used for conveying gas to the closed container and the detected pipeline through the input hose and the output hose in sequence; the stop valve is arranged between the input hose and the output hose; the pressure gauge is also arranged between the input hose and the output hose and behind the stop valve, the closed container is communicated with the pipeline to be tested, and the volume of the closed container is at least five times that of the pipeline to be tested. The device and method has the following beneficial technical effects that the influence of environment temperature change on the test is reduced, and the test accuracy is improved.
