The invention relates to the field of car tire manufacturing, in particular to a low-filling and low-rolling-resistance tread rubber composition, a mixing method thereof and a tire prepared from the low-filling and low-rolling-resistance tread rubber composition. According to the tread rubber composition disclosed by the invention, less filler is adopted, and a tackifying resin is adopted, so that the wet performance of a tire is improved on the premise of not reducing the rolling resistance of the tire; the rolling resistance is further reduced by adopting an inorganic filler, the wetland performance of the tire is improved, and the safety of the tire is improved; and the aramid short fibers are adopted for reinforcement, so that high control performance and tear resistance are provided.

    本发明涉及轿车轮胎制造领域,尤其涉及一种低填充、低滚阻的轿车胎面橡胶组合物及其混炼方法和制备的轮胎。本发明的该胎面橡胶组合物采用更少的填料,采用增粘树脂在不降低轮胎滚动阻力的前提下,提升轮胎的湿地性能;采用无机填料进一步降低滚动阻力,提升轮胎的湿地性能,提升轮胎的安全性;采用芳纶短纤维补强提供高的操控性能和抗撕裂性能。
