The invention discloses a hoisting gravity center turning-over method suitable for a flange plate and a flange plate turning-over tool clamp. Two sets of flange plate turning-over tool clamps are symmetrically clamped to the two side edges of the flange plate correspondingly; hoisting equipment is connected with the flange plate turning-over tool clamps through steel wire ropes; the hoisting equipment is started, and the flange plate turning-over tool clamps and the flange plate are lifted to the turning-over height together; and an operator pushes the side edge, not provided with the flange plate turning-over tool clamps, of the flange plate, so that the flange plate is turned over by 180 degrees around the flange plate turning-over tool clamps, and turning-over operation of the flange plate is achieved. According to the hoisting gravity center turning-over method, manpower and consumption of steel plate hooks are saved, and the defects of large power consumption and large sizes of non-gravity-center turning over are overcome.

    本发明公开了一种适用于法兰板的吊装重心翻身方法、法兰板翻身工装夹具,将两套法兰板翻身工装夹具分别对称夹紧于法兰板的两侧边;吊装设备通过钢丝绳与所述法兰板翻身工装夹具连接;所述吊装设备启动,将所述法兰板翻身工装夹具连同所述法兰板一同上升至翻转高度;作业员推动所述法兰板上未装所述法兰板翻身工装夹具的侧边,使所述法兰板绕所述法兰板翻身工装夹具翻转180°,实现法兰板的翻身作业。本发明节约了人力及钢板钩的消耗,客服了非重心翻身动力消耗大、体积大的缺陷。
