An apparatus and method for providing a customized moving body driving path using brain wave signals. The apparatus includes: a sensor configured to collect a brain wave signal of a driver of a moving body in a predetermined channel area; an analyzer configured to determine information about a planned path to be provided by analyzing brain wave signals collected in a predetermined channel area; and a controller configured to control an operation of the moving body based on the information to be provided.
