The invention discloses a simple single-point mooring main bearing with a locking function, which is used for being connected with a rotating tower for use and comprises an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring is connected with a rotating supporting piece of the rotating tower, the outer ring is connected with a fixed supporting piece of the rotating tower, the outer ring is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner ring in a sleeving mode, and a rolling assembly is arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring. The main bearing further comprises a locking assembly, the locking assembly comprises a plurality of outer lock bodies arranged on the outer ring, a plurality of inner lock bodies arranged on the inner ring and locking pieces, outer lock grooves and inner lock grooves which are consistent in structure are formed in the opposite side faces of the outer lock bodies and the inner lock bodies respectively, and the locking pieces are embedded in the outer lock grooves and the inner lock grooves after the inner lock bodies rotate by a preset angle. According to the single-point mooring main bearing, the locking and unlocking processes of the main bearing can be rapidly completed, transportation and installation operation of an FPSO rotating tower are facilitated, the structure is compact, arrangement is easy, the maintenance cost is low, and application and popularization of a single-point mooring main bearing locking system are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种简易带锁定功能的单点系泊主轴承,用于与转塔连接使用,包括:内环和外环,内环与转塔的转动支撑件连连接,外环与转塔的固定支撑件连接,外环套设于内环的外侧壁上,且外环与内环两者之间设有滚动组件,还包括锁紧组件,锁紧组件包括设在外环上的多个外锁体、设在内环上的多个内锁体以及锁固件,外锁体和内锁体相对设置的侧面上分别设有结构一致的外锁槽和内锁槽,锁固件在内锁体转动预定角度后嵌设于外锁槽和所述内锁槽内。本发明的单点系泊主轴承可快速完成主轴承的锁定和解锁过程,方便FPSO转塔的运输和安装操作,结构紧凑易于布置,维护成本低,有利于单点系泊主轴承锁定系统的应用与普及。
