The invention discloses an intelligent energy-saving construction hoist control system and method. The intelligent energy-saving construction hoist control system comprises a standard knot, a suspension cage which ascends and descends along the standard knot, a bottom cage which is arranged around the bottom end of the standard knot, and a variable frequency drive unit and an energy-saving control unit which drive the suspension cage to ascend and descend along the standard knot, wherein the variable frequency driving unit is connected with the energy-saving control unit, the energy-saving control unit is connected with a controlled execution unit, the input end of the variable frequency driving unit is connected to an alternating current bus of an input power grid, the input end of the controlled execution unit is provided with an energy-saving control switch and a power adapter, the input end of the controlled execution unit is connected to the alternating current bus of the input power grid through the energy-saving control switch and the power adapter, and the control end of the energy-saving control switch is connected with the energy-saving output control end of the energy-saving control unit. Energy generated in the descending process of a hoist can be recycled, energy waste is completely eradicated, and the operation safety of the hoist is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能节能型施工升降机控制系统及控制方法,包括标准节、沿标准节升降运动的吊笼、环绕设置在标准节底端周围的底笼以及驱动所述吊笼沿标准节升降运动的变频驱动单元和节能控制单元,所述变频驱动单元与节能控制单元连接,所述节能控制单元与被控执行单元连接,所述变频驱动单元的输入端连接在输入电网的交流母线上,所述被控执行单元的输入端设置有节能控制开关和电源适配器,所述被控执行单元的输入端通过节能控制开关和电源适配器连接在输入电网的交流母线上,所述节能控制开关的控制端与所述节能控制单元的节能输出控制端连接。本发明能对升降机下降过程中所产生的能进行回收利用,杜绝能源浪费,提升升降机运行的安全。
