The invention discloses a shock absorption device of a battery module suitable for a new energy automobile. The shock absorption device comprises a battery bin, wherein a first heat conduction box is arranged on the first outer wall of the battery bin, and a second heat conduction box is arranged on the second outer wall of the battery bin; a first limiting mechanism is arranged on the third outer wall, deviating from the battery module, of the first heat conduction box; a second limiting mechanism is arranged on a fourth outer wall, deviating from the battery module, of the second heat conduction box; water outlets of the first heat conduction box and the second heat conduction box are respectively connected with a first three-way valve through pipelines; water inlets of the first heat conduction box and the second heat conduction box are respectively connected with the second three-way valve through pipelines; one part of a pipeline for communicating the first three-way valve with the second three-way valve is arranged in a heat exchange box body; and a waste heat discharging radiator is arranged in a compartment, and a part of a pipeline connected between a water inlet and a water outlet of the waste heat discharging radiator is arranged in the heat exchange box body. According to the invention, the vibration strength of a storage battery is reduced to the maximum extent when waste heat generated by working of the storage battery of the new energy automobile is effectively utilized, and use performance is improved.

    本发明公开一种适用于新能源汽车的电池模组避震装置,包括:电池仓;电池仓的第一外壁设置有第一导热箱,电池仓的第二外壁设置有第二导热箱;第一导热箱背离电池模组的第三外壁设置有第一限位机构;第二导热箱背离电池模组的第四外壁设置有第二限位机构;第一导热箱和第二导热箱的出水口通过管道分别与第一三通阀连接;第一导热箱和第二导热箱的入水口通过管道分别与第二三通阀连接;连通第一三通阀和第二三通阀的管道的一部分设置在换热箱体内;车厢内设置有废热排放散热器,废热排放散热器的入水口和出水口之间连接的管道一部分设置在换热箱体内。在有效利用新能源汽车蓄电池工作产生的废热时最大限度减小蓄电池的振动强度,提高其使用性能。
