The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation and discloses an elevator adjusting device. The adjusting device mainly comprises an elevator adjusting control box and an actuator, wherein a signal input end of the control box receives a balancing signal, and the control box processes the balancing signal and then outputs the balancing signal to an adjusting steering engine; an output shaft of the effect adjusting steering engine is connected with a spring load mechanism of the control system, and the effect adjusting steering engine is used for reducing or offsetting control force generated by the spring load mechanism of the control system according to a balancing signal and achieving the manual and automatic balancing function through cross-linking with the automatic pilot system, the spring load mechanism and other systems; the control burden of a driver is relieved, the acting force on the steering column at the moment that the pilot is disconnected is reduced (or eliminated), the driving comfort is improved, aircraft safety is improved, and the certain engineering effect is achieved.
