The invention relates to a tempered panel type direct-current charging pile. The tempered panel type direct-current charging pile comprises a charging pile body, a supporting table, a main control module, an electric translation cover plate, a screw lifting mechanism, a worm transmission mechanism, a lifting driving motor and a wireless module, wherein the charging pile body is arranged in an underground tunnel and can ascend and descend; and the electric translation cover plate, the screw lifting mechanism, the worm transmission mechanism, the lifting driving motor and the wireless module are connected with the main control module. The electric translation cover plate is arranged on the underground tunnel in a sliding mode, the lifting driving motor and the worm transmission mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the underground tunnel, the lifting driving motor is in transmission connection with the worm transmission mechanism, and the worm transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the screw lifting mechanism. The supporting table is fixed to the top of the screw lifting mechanism, the charging pile body is fixed to the supporting table, the main control module and the wireless module are fixed to the inner wall, close to the top end, of the underground tunnel, and the charging pile body is connected with the main control module. Through ordered cooperation of the electric translation cover plate and an electric lifting system, automatic appearance and blanking can be achieved according to the charging requirement of the electric automobile, and the charging pile body is effectively protected.

    本发明涉及一种钢化面板式直流充电桩,包括设置在地下坑道内且可升降的充电桩本体、支撑台、主控模块以及分别与主控模块连接的电动平移盖板、螺杆升降机构、蜗杆传动机构、升降驱动电机、无线模块。电动平移盖板滑动设置在地下坑道上,升降驱动电机与蜗杆传动机构设置在地下坑道的底部,升降驱动电机与蜗杆传动机构传动连接,蜗杆传动机构与螺杆升降机构传动连接。支撑台固定于螺杆升降机构的顶部,充电桩本体固定在支撑台上,主控模块与无线模块固定在地下坑道靠近顶端的内壁上,充电桩本体与主控模块连接。通过电动平移盖板及电动升降系统的有序配合,可实现根据电动汽车的充电需求自动出现与消隐,有效的保护了充电桩本体。
