The embodiment of the invention discloses a flexible solar cell array adaptive to a roll type solar wing, which comprises a first bus bar, n solar cell chips, a flexible front plate film and a second bus bar. The n solar cell chips are flexible CIGS thin film solar cell chips; n is a natural number; a bus grid line and a bypass diode channel are integrated on the flexible front plate film, and the bus grid line and the bypass diode channel are printed for integrating the n solar cell chips into a solar cell array; the flexible solar cell array is matched and designed by correspondingly adjusting the number of solar cell chips in the solar cell array and the area of the flexible front plate film according to the size of the roll type solar wing. The flexible solar cell array provided by the invention is flexible in size design, and the length and the width of the flexible solar cell array can be adaptively designed according to the length and the width of the roll type solar wing, so that roll type solar wings of various specifications can be met, and the applicability is high.

    本发明一个实施例公开了一种适配卷式太阳翼的柔性太阳电池阵,包括:第一汇流母线、n个太阳电池芯片、柔性前板膜和第二汇流母线,其中,所述n个太阳电池芯片为柔性的铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳电池芯片;所述n为自然数;所述柔性前板膜上集成了汇流栅线及旁路二极管通道,印刷所述汇流栅线及旁路二极管通道,用于将所述n个太阳电池芯片集成为一个太阳电池阵列;所述柔性太阳电池阵根据卷式太阳翼的尺寸通过对应调整太阳电池阵列中太阳电池芯片的数量和柔性前板膜的面积来进行匹配设计。本发明提出的柔性太阳电池阵尺寸设计灵活,其长度及宽度可以根据卷式太阳翼的长度及宽度进行适配性设计,从而可以满足多种规格的卷式太阳翼,适用性强。
