The invention discloses a flexible solar cell array, which comprises an upper box body, a lower box body, a constraint release mechanism, a tensioning mechanism, a guide mechanism and a cell panel, wherein the upper box body and the lower box body are arranged in parallel, and the battery panel is accommodated between the upper box body and the lower box body in a folded state; one end of the constraint release mechanism is mounted on the upper box body, and the other end is mounted on the lower box body; the tensioning mechanism is installed on the upper box body, and when the cell panels arecompletely unfolded, the tensioning mechanism applies tensioning force to the cell panels to ensure the on-orbit rigidity of the flexible solar cell array; the guide mechanism is installed on the lower box body, and a guide rope of the guide mechanism penetrates through the whole cell panel so as to ensure the stability of the unfolding and folding process of the flexible solar cell array. The flexible solar cell array is simple and reliable in structure, small in folding envelope, large in unfolding-folding ratio and suitable for spacecrafts with small folding envelope requirements and usingthe flexible solar cell array.

    本发明公开了一种柔性太阳电池阵,包括:上箱体、下箱体、约束释放机构、张紧机构、导向机构和电池板;上箱体和下箱体平行设置,在收拢状态下,电池板收纳在上箱体和下箱体之间;约束释放机构一端安装在上箱体上,另一端安装在下箱体上;张紧机构安装在上箱体上,当电池板全部展开后,张紧机构对电池板施加张紧力,确保柔性太阳电池阵的在轨刚度;导向机构安装在下箱体上,导向机构的导向绳贯穿于整个电池板,以保证柔性太阳电池阵展收过程的平稳性。本发明结构简单可靠、收拢包络小、展收比大,适用于收拢包络要求小的使用柔性太阳电池阵的航天器。
