The invention relates to a methanol range extender applied to an electric automobile, mainly relates to the field of new energy electric automobiles, and is mainly characterized in that a methanol engine adopting a methanol/diesel dual-fuel diesel engine fuel oil supply method is adopted to replace a traditional engine, and the clean fuel methanol is fully utilized to improve the engine emission performance and the like. And a new direction is provided for development and application of methanol. Power transmission between the engine and the generator is automatically completed through the flail block clutch which is simple in structure, power transmission between the engine and the generator is cut off under low-speed working conditions such as starting and stopping of the engine or idling heating of the engine, the influence on the service life of the generator caused by overlarge instant torque when the engine is started and stopped is reduced, and the clutch can reliably transmit power after reaching the working rotating speed. The combination of the permanent magnet synchronous generator and the general frequency converter is adopted to enlarge the working speed range of the permanent magnet synchronous generator, the methanol engine is always ensured to be in an efficient working state in different working conditions, fuel consumption is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种应用于电动汽车的甲醇增程器,主要涉及新能源电动汽车领域,其主要特征在于采用一种甲醇/柴油双燃料柴油机燃油供给方法的甲醇发动机代替传统发动机机,充分利用甲醇这种清洁燃料来改善发动机排放等性能,也为甲醇的发展应用提供了新方向。发动机与发电机之间通过一种结构简单的甩块离合器自动完成动力传递,在发动机启停或怠速热机等低速工况切断与发电机的动力传递,减小发动机启停时瞬间转矩过大对发电机寿命的影响,离合器达到工作转速后可以可靠传递动力。采用永磁同步发电机与通用变频器的组合扩大永磁同步发电机的工作转速范围,时刻保证甲醇发动机在不同工况中处于高效工作状态,减少燃料消耗,提高电动汽车续航里程。
