The invention provides a rail gnawing detection mechanism of a crane. The mechanism comprises rail gnawing detection devices symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of a cart body, and each rail gnawing detection device comprises a fixing frame, a detection wheel, a spur rack, a gear, an encoder and an elastic piece. The fixing frames are fixedly connected with the cart body, and the spur racks are horizontally arranged on the corresponding fixing frames. Moreover, the spur racks can horizontally slide relative to the fixing frames. One end of each spur rack is rotationally connected with the detection wheel, and the other end of the spur rack is fixedly connected with the fixing frame through the corresponding elastic piece. The detection wheels are in rolling connection with the side wall of the upper end of a rail, the gears are rotationally arranged on the fixing frames and are in meshed connection with the spur racks, and the spur gears are connected with the encoders through connecting shafts. According to the rail gnawing detection mechanism of the crane, when a cart deviates, the detection wheels are pressed to push the spur racks to move, the spur racks drive the gears to rotate, and the displacement of the spur racks is indirectly calculated according to the tooth number and modulus of the gears, so that the wheel offset is obtained, and the condition of rail gnawing of the cart can be quantitatively detected.

    本发明提出了一种起重机啃轨检测机构,包括对称设置在大车本体左右两侧的啃轨检测装置,啃轨检测装置包括固定架、检测轮、直齿条、齿轮、编码器及弹性件,固定架与大车本体固定连接,直齿条水平设置设置在固定架上,且可相对于固定架水平滑动,直齿条的一端与检测轮转动连接,直齿条的另一端通过弹性件与固定架固定连接,检测轮与轨道上端侧壁滚动连接,齿轮转动设置在固定架上且与直齿条啮合连接,直齿轮通过连接轴与编码器相连接。本发明公开的起重机啃轨检测机构可以在大车出现偏移时,检测轮受压推动直齿条位移,直齿条带动齿轮转动,根据齿轮的齿数和模数间接计算出直齿条的位移,从而获取车轮偏移量,进而可以做到对大车啃轨的情况进行量化检测。
