The rail gnawing prevention equipment comprises a mounting rail plate, guide side plates are mounted on the two sides of the bottom of the mounting rail plate, two bearing blocks are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the guide side plates, the two bearing blocks are jointly and fixedly connected with a bearing shaft, and the bearing shaft is connected with a rail wheel arc plate through a shaft diameter adjusting assembly; and a vertical plate is arranged at the bottom of the mounting rail plate, a plurality of conversion regulation and control ports are formed in the vertical plate, and the inner walls of the conversion regulation and control ports are connected with angle adjusting assemblies through regulation and control balls. Rail gnawing of the equipment can be sensed in time through a displacement sensor, and rotation of the regulation and control balls is controlled through an angle adjusting motor according to rail gnawing angle change, so that friction between a sliding rail and rail wheels is reduced; and the rail wheel arc plate supports the pressure on the rail gnawing side of the crane trolley and gradually enables the trolley rail wheels to be separated from the sliding rail, and the rail gnawing condition of the trolley is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机小车防啃轨设备,涉及防啃轨技术领域,包括安装轨板,安装轨板底部两侧均安装有引导侧板,引导侧板内壁固定连接有两个承载块,两个承载块共同固定连接有承载轴,承载轴上通过轴径调节组件连接有轨轮弧板,安装轨板底部设置有立板,立板上开设有多个转换调控口,转换调控口内壁通过调控球连接有角度调整组件。本发明能及时通过位移传感器感应到设备出现啃轨,并针对啃轨的角度改变通过角度调整电机进行控制调控球转动,从而减小滑轨与轨道轮之间的摩擦,使得轨轮弧板实现将起重机小车啃轨一侧的压力进行支撑并逐渐使得小车轨道轮与滑轨之间脱离接触,解除小车啃轨情况。
