The invention relates to a differential active protection control method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The differential active protection control method comprises the steps of acquiring real-time operation data of a vehicle and the operation state of a traction control system (TCS), wherein the real-time operation data comprises the vehicle speed and the wheel speed difference of left and right wheels, and the operation state of the TCS comprises a first operation state and a second operation state; under the condition that it is determined that the real-time operation data and the TCS operation state meet the active protection function activation condition, obtaining the maximum allowable output torque value, which corresponds to the wheel speed difference, of a driving motor; and adjusting the torque of the driving motor according to the maximum allowable output torque value. The active protection function of the differential is activated, and the driving motor is controlled to adjust the torque, so that the wheel speed difference of left and right wheels is reduced, the rotation speed of a planetary gear of the differential is reduced, active protection of the differential is achieved, the failure risk of the differential is reduced, and the maintenance cost is saved.

    本公开涉及差速器主动保护控制方法、装置、设备和存储介质。其中差速器主动保护控制方法,获取车辆的实时运行数据和牵引力控制系统TCS运行状态,所述实时运行数据包括车速和左右车轮的轮速差,所述TCS运行状态包括第一运行状态和开第二运行状态;在确定所述实时运行数据和所述TCS运行状态满足主动保护功能激活条件的情况下,获取所述轮速差所对应的驱动电机的最大允许输出扭矩值;根据所述最大允许输出扭矩值调节所述驱动电机的扭矩。差速器的主动保护功能激活,控制驱动电机调节扭矩,以使左右车轮的轮速差减小,进而降低差速器行星齿轮自传转速,实现差速器的主动保护,降低差速器失效的风险,节约了维修成本。
