The invention discloses an elastic parking incentive mechanism berth pricing method based on risk perception. The method comprises the following steps: recording a parking lot berth external lease price which does not implement an elastic parking incentive mechanism and a berth lease guidance price of a government; determining a parking demand proportion allocated to the parking lot implementing the elastic parking incentive mechanism and a probability density function of the total parking demand, and deducing a demand quantity calculation formula for representing the parking lot not implementing the elastic parking incentive mechanism and the parking lot implementing the elastic parking incentive mechanism; obtaining bidding information of the shared parking spaces of the individuals, and calculating the economic income expectation brought by each bidding of the individuals for the parking lot implementing the elastic parking incentive mechanism and the actual economic income which can be obtained by the individuals; introducing a conditional value-at-risk function to describe the economic benefit condition of the individual after the risk perception is considered; and obtaining an economic benefit optimal calculation method after the individual considers the risk perception, and further obtaining the parking space lease price of the elastic parking incentive mechanism under the optimal equation. According to the invention, effective configuration of parking space resources of the elastic parking incentive mechanism can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种基于风险感知的弹性停车激励机制泊位定价方法,记录非实行弹性停车激励机制的停车场泊位对外租赁价格以及政府的泊位租赁指导价格;测定出分配至实行弹性停车激励机制停车场的停车需求比例,以及停车需求总量的概率密度函数概率分布函数,推导出用于表征非实行与实行弹性停车激励机制停车场的需求量计算公式;获取个体共享停车泊位的竞价信息,计算个体每一次竞价为实行弹性停车激励机制的停车场带来的经济收入期望以及个体自身能够获得的实际经济收益;引入条件风险价值函数刻画该个体考虑风险感知后的经济收益情况;获得个体考虑风险感知后的经济收益最优计算方法,进而得出在该最优算式下弹性停车激励机制的泊位对外租赁价格。本发明更能够保障弹性停车激励机制泊位资源的有效配置。
