The invention provides a parking space parking mode management method based on a dynamic demand, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the long-time parking demand change in the future through the dynamic prediction of the parking demand and the dynamic decision of the parking mode, carrying out the optimal decision of a parking space parking mode, and providing sufficient parking spaces to meet the parking demand at the next moment. The occupancy rate of the parking space to the public space is minimized; a parking mode management scheme mainly composed of a parking data acquisition module, a parking demand prediction module, a parking mode decision module and a parking mode display module is designed. According to the scheme, the problem of contradiction between parking demand supply and public space occupation is solved by combining the dynamic prediction of the parking demand and the dynamic decision of the parking mode.

    本发明提供了一种基于动态需求的泊位停车方式管理方法,包括:通过停车需求的动态预测与停车方式的动态决策,预测未来长时间停车需求变化,并最优决策泊位停车方式,提供充足泊位满足下一时刻的停车需求,最小化泊位对公共空间的占用率;本发明设计了一个主要由停车数据采集模块、停车需求预测模块、停车方式决策模块和停车方式显示模块组成的停车方式管理方案。该方案结合停车需求的动态预测与停车方式的动态决策,解决停车需求供应与公共空间占用的矛盾问题。
